Better blood flow for stronger erections

It's no secret that many of our erectile problems stem from poor blood flow and circulation to and from the penis. In order to achieve an erection, blood has to flow in; in order to sustain the erection, the blood must be kept in. Fortunately, there are herbal supplements that can help with this.

Poor blood flow can stem from a variety of factors, including age, diet and genetics. But even men who are relatively young and fit as well as those who eat right may at some point experience difficult times achieving and sustaining their erections. What's to be done?

A capsule-based supplement called Maxidus is advertised towards men who would like to have firmer, stronger and longer-lasting erections. Ingredients may include Epimedium, Eurycoma Longifolia, Gingko Biloba and other herbal extracts. Unfortunately, these components have not really been proven to be effective.

With the exception of Epimedium, the rest seem rather weak. I would have much rather seen proven male sexual stimulants like Yohimbe, Tribulus Terrestris and Panax Ginseng. In addition to promoting stronger erections, these ingredients have been shown to boost sex drive and enhance sexual stamina.
