Don't think for a second that there is such a thing as an effective male sexual enhancement product that goes under the radar in the industry. Despite the claims made by companies that their products are effective even though they aren't well-received on consumer Web sites and blogs, a promising formula will definitely go noticed in the public sphere. Consumer feedback is a good way to filter out the less-promising products.
A supplement called Testosterole is marketed as one of the leading male sexual enhancement products on the market, with ingredients like Yohimbe, Epimedium and Muira Puama, not to mention Damiana for complementary support. However, I don't see any favorable consumer testimonials online, nor do I see that many success stories. This is a telling sign that the product might not be as effective as advertised.
